The MSSP panel offers an easy way to monitor the status of many ESG instances. You may also execute the bulk update of the license on all configured appliances without having to log in on each of them.
Note: the MSSP instance monitor is only available with ISP licenses.
Instance Monitor
In this section are displayed all the configured ESG appliances with the proper data to keep them monitored.
For each configured instance you can monitor:
- Queues (ingoing and outgoing)
- Appliance (version, load average and storage)
- Today Totals (clean, rejected, attachment and body messages)
- License (accounted emails and the expiring date of the license)
Instance Setup
From this section you can configure a new LibraCyber ESG instance to monitor. In order to configure a new instance you have to follow this knowledge base.
License uploading
To upload a new license to one or more monitored instances, you have to select the appliances you want to update the license to, from the Instance Monitor section. Click on the "Upload license v5" button in case of a 5.x appliance or click on the "Upload license v4" button in case of a 4.9 appliance. The license must be in the .zl format.
