General Settings
Here you can customize most general appliance quarantine settings.
Quarantine Retention Settings
These settings set the period you want to store messages in quarantine.
NOTE: Increasing those values requires more disk capacity, and could be a performance killer of your appliance when the database becomes too big.
- Clean Messages Storage Retention (Days): how many days to keep clean or unmodified messages on the appliance disk.
- Quarantined Messages Storage Retention (Days): how many days to keep quarantined or modified messages on the appliance disk.
- Database Retention (Days): how many days to keep the historical data on the appliance database.
- Metadata Retention (Days): how many days to keep messages metadata (URIs and message headers) in the database.
Digest Report Settings
From this section you can customize all the digest report related settings.
- Language: default language to use for the domain on the reports.
- Report Link URL: digest report actions link base URL.
- Permit passwordless login: when enabled, every reports will contain a link, which will allow the user to authenticate on LibraCyber. The authentication process is bound to the current device, so the user doesn’t need a password to login.
- Include blocklist: decide if digest report includes also blocklisted senders.
- Include infected: decide if digest report include infected items.
- Include delivered: decide if digest report include already delivered items.
- Max Spam Score: filter out messages above this spam score.
- Request Release Reason: decide if the user must enter a release reason when he request to release a message.
Digest Report UI
From this section you can customize the digest report appearance.
- Background Color: the digest report background color.
- Table Heading Color: the table heading color.
- Font Color: the digest report font color.
Localized Content
Here you can customize the quarantine report email sent to users.
Email Header
From this section you can customize the quarantine report email headers.
- From Name: the name displayed in the from field on the email client.
- From Address: the email address from which quarantine reports coming from.
- Subject: the email subject quarantine reports will have.
Email Content
From this section you can customize the quarantine report email content.
