From this page, you can customise general appliance system preferences.
General Settings
Here you can edit the most general appliance settings.
- Time Zone: the appliance timezone. The default timezone is UTC.
- Primary NTP server address: the NTP (Network Time Protocol) server address to keep in sync with.
- Alternate NTP server address (optional): the alternate NTP (Network Time Protocol) server address to keep in sync with.
- Administrator email address: the email the appliance will sends system warnings and daily logs to.
- Logwatch: logwatch helps system administrators efficiently monitor and maintain the health and security of their systems by summarising log data and highlighting noteworthy events.
Privacy Passwords
- Global Privacy Password: this second-level password will block the admin from viewing the body of the email. The scope of this password is for all the domains.
- Privacy Passwords for Domain Admins: if enabled, it allows Domain Admins to set their password for the domain. This password will replace the Global Privacy Password. The Domain Admin can set the password on the User Management page.
Web Interface
Here you can customize the web interface user experience related settings.
- Rebranding: this functionality enables the white labeling features on ESG. All labels that include the proprietary LibraCyber ESG name will be replaced with a more general name like "Email Security Service".
- Theme color: the accent color the web interface will use. The default color is LibraCyber custom green.
- Upload a new logo: this field allows you to change the appliance default logo. The logo must have an aspect ratio of 4:1 and it must be in PNG format.
- "Support" link: the link placed on the interface support links.
- Records per page: how many records to display on pages at most.
- Messages per page: how many messages to display on pages at most.
- Date visualization format: the date format where "d" is for day, "m" is for "month" and "y" is for year.
