Content Analysis

The Content Analysis menu allows you to customize the email security engines and antispam engines behavior. Some features require a special license and cannot be active in all cases. See the Overview for the full menu structure.

AI / Machine Learning

LibraCyber ESG ships three on-board AI engines to increase spam detection and minimize false positives: AI Classifier, Bayesian Engine and CRM114 Spam Classifier. Domain-based analysis can be enabled or disabled per classification type. See the Overview for the full list.

LibraCyber ESG uses Sandbox technology to analyse potentially dangerous resources such as URIs and files in a safe environment. Two modules use this approach, URLSand and QuickSand, each documented in its own article below.

Antivirus Engines

LibraCyber ESG supports three third party antivirus engines: ClamAV (enabled by default), Avira and BitDefender (both requiring an additional license). Each engine has its strengths and weaknesses, so we recommend enabling at least two; each enabled engine requires at least 1GB of additional RAM.
