From this page you can identify and block bulk mail senders that LibraCyber ESG identifies on your gateway. A “bulk mail” is an email or newsletter that user likely opted in, but may no longer want to receive. The graymail identification process is a heuristic calculation that tries to combine typical recurring patterns. This process works by looking back at the last 30 days mail logs. Warning: the heuristic calculation task is time and resource-consuming. Large databases can take up to 30 minutes and more to complete.
