With the E-Discovery rules you can actively check for new specific emails coming to the LibraCyber Email Archiver.
Configuration
When configuring an E-Discovery rule you can set:
- the discovery rule name
- an optional description
- a list of email addresses to be notified
- a saved search, in order to define the emails you are looking for
- whether the discovery rule should be active
- whether the Archiver should notify about the discovery rule result even if no email has been found in the selected timeframe
- the frequency according to which sending E-Discovery report
- the time at which sending the E-Discovery report
- the timeframe to use when checking for new emails
Example
The discovery rule shown above searches for PEC emails of the last day. Every day at 12:00, the E-Discovery report is sent to test@test.test. This report is sent even if no new PEC email has been archived in the last 24 hours.
Email notification
When a discovery rule found some emails based on the configured saved search, an email notification is sent. You can use the link in the email to consult the emails.
