The customer report shows the per user utilization in terms of number of emails and used storage, for each tenant currently configured. When generating a report you have to choose the interested tenant and to insert one or multiple email addresses to send the report to.
When generating a report, a Report generation job will start and the report will eventually be sent to the configured email addresses.

Forward-Restore
This report is an Excel spreadsheet that displays the following information about emails:
- Forwards
- Restores
- Deletions
In the first sheet you will find this information on a user per user basis, while in the other sheet it is organized by day.

Top emails count by user
This is a pie chart reporting the users with the most archived emails count.
Top storage usage by user
This is a pie chart reporting the users with the most used storage.
Archived mails per day
This is a bar chart reporting the trend of archived emails by day in the last month.
Archived mails per month
This is a bar chart reporting the trend of archived emails by month in the last year.
Storage space used per day
This is a bar chart reporting the trend of used storage by day in the last month.

Users list
This is the list of all the users within the tenants with their number of emails and total size.

This report is an Excel spreadsheet containing the amount of queries and advanced searches executed by every user. They're divided in:

- Username (local or LDAP users only)
- MFA status
- MFA required
