The connector report shows some statistics about connectors activity. When generating a report you have to choose the interested tenant and connector and to insert one or multiple email addresses to send the report to. You can additionally filter the statistics by specifying a custom date. If you do not add a filter, the report will include statistics from connector creation time until now.

When generating a report, a Report generation job will start and the report will eventually be sent to the configured email addresses.

Basic

The connector report is an Excel spreadsheet. For each user ever synchronized by the connector, the following statistics are reported:

• new: the number of emails registered by the connector for the first time. This counter includes also the emails archived with journaling. This is because the connector registers the folder structure position even if the email has been already archived with journaling.
• moved: these are the emails for which the connector has detected a change in the folder structure, i.e. the emails the user moved from one folder to another.
• deleted: the number of emails the user deleted from the mailbox.
• expired: the number of emails the Archiver deleted from the mailboxes due to configured connector cleaning options. Please visit connector cleaning for more information.
