License Usage
This report is an Excel spreadsheet with the list of all tenants and their amount of active licenses. Also included is a page for every tenant, showing a more in-depth look at their users and what connector they're attached to.
Multi-tenant
For multi-tenant appliance it's possible to generate a multi-tenant report. This report is particularly useful for MSP appliance. The reports contains aggregated information for each tenant on the appliance.
Tenants Storage Usage
This report is an Excel spreadsheet with an overview of your tenants storage usage. Each tenant will have a graph of its storage usage history on its own sheet.
All tenants
This page contains a graph showing the storage usage of all the tenants configured in the archiver
Individual tenant
This page contains a graph showing the storage usage of ONLY the selected tenant configured in the archiver
Legal Hold Status
This report is an Excel spreadsheet with an overview of your tenants legal holds status. Each tenant will have info on the emails currently marked by legal holds.
