LibraCyber Email Archiver allows report scheduling for all reports.

The Archiver will start report generation at the specified date. If the report is particularly complex to generate or if you have a lot of archived emails and/or users, the report may take a while to be generated and sent.

Configuration

When adding a configuration for a scheduled report, you have first to select the desired tenant or connector and to insert the email addresses to send the report to. You can add as many email addresses as you wish.

Then you have to configure the frequency according to which generating the report. Available frequency are daily, weekly and monthly.

When selecting weekly you will be prompted for the week day (Monday, Tuesday, ..., Sunday).

When selecting monthly you will be prompted for the day number (1, 2, ..., 31).

With all frequency you will also be prompted for the time you want to generate the report on.

Connector report

The connector report supports the Filter by latest days scheduling. When configuring a report with this option, the report will include data about the last N days.
