What is it?
- The destination FQDN is the tenant mailserver hostname emails must be sent to.
- Knowing this hostname is essential to correctly set up LibraCyber ESG to filter out emails going to user inbox on a Microsoft 365 environment.
How to retrieve it?
- Login to the Microsoft 365 Portal with an admin account and select the Show all entry on the menu.
- Navigate then to Settings > Domains and click on your domain.
- Move to the DNS records tab and take note of the MX record.
Note: the MX record should be something like <your-domain>-com.mail.protection.outlook.com.
- Save this value on your Notepad to use it later
