Email Threat Remediation, available since ESG version 4.6, recalls messages already delivered to users’ mailboxes. It supports Microsoft Office 365, Exchange and Zimbra backend mailbox servers, and messages can be recalled one at a time or in batch from the Reports view. See the Overview for the full procedure.

From version 5.5 LibraCyber ESG provides an HTTP event forwarder, a feature that sends message details to a SIEM HTTP endpoint in JSON format, using the same format as the /messages-journal API. See the Overview for the full JSON schema and field reference.

End-User Quarantine Reports are notification emails listing a user’s quarantined spam or suspected spam, including links to release messages or whitelist blocked senders. Up to four notifications per day can be scheduled for each user. See the Overview for the full description.
