The Smart Banners Dashboard gives an overview of the Smart Banners module activity. Data from this dashboard cannot be exported.
Statistics appear on Smart Banners Dashboard after 24 hours of engagement.
Filters
Data might be displayed according to 6 different timeframes: 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, all time.
Mailboxes monitored
Mailboxes monitored corresponds to the number of mailboxes that are actively being covered by the Smart Banners module and which emails might be flagged with banners.
⚠️ This figure does not vary when changing timeframe, it always shows the current value of monitored (engaged) mailboxes.
Emails processed
Emails processed counts the number of emails that have gone through the Smart Banner processing service over the selected timeframe.
⚠️ emails processed for initialization purpose are also counted.
Banners added
Banners added counts the number of emails that received a banner (any risk level) over the selected timeframe
Percentage of banners added
Percentage of banners added measures the proportion of emails which received a banner (any risk level) among all processed emails over the selected timeframe.
Emails processed (graph)
Emails processed graph shows the evolution of emails processed over the selected timeframe. Hovering over the graph will show the exact count for each day.
Banners added (graph)
Banners added graph provided a day-by-day breakdown of emails which received a banner. Hovering over the specific bar/day provides actual count per banner type.
