End-User Quarantine Reports are email messages sent to users when they have messages in the LibraCyber ESG Spam Quarantine.
Notifications contain a list of quarantined spam or suspected spam for the user. Notifications also include a link for users to release their quarantined messages or whitelist blocked senders.
Quarantine reports will be delivered only if:
- user has blocked messages that are not yet released
- are there messages with a spam score < 25
Spam notifications can provide a way for end-users to check and release quarantine without authentication, directly from their email client.
If you want your users have the full access to all quarantine features (e.g. message body view, whitelist and blacklist), they must be able to login to the web interface.
User population
To configure Quarantine Reports you to need users configured on LibraCyber ESG.
First of all you have to reach the User Management page and add users to the user list:
- Manually (by adding each accepted address one by one)
- Text Import (from a CSV text file import)
- LDAP import (via a LDAP server)
- Microsoft 365 import (via Microsoft 365 connector)
- Google Workspace import (via Google Workspace connector)
Report configuration
To manage the report configuration you have to reach the User Management page and follow the below explanation.
Single user
Once you have your user list populated, you can configure the Quarantine Report to a user by editing the user and selecting the Quarantine Report checkbox in the dialog.
Fill in the email address you want the digest to be sent to and select a schedule.
You can set up to 4 schedules per day.
Note: you can choose to allow users to access to a message body preview from the Quarantine Report.
Multiple users
You can also bulk edit quarantine report settings for multiple users by selecting them with the checkbox beside the username and clicking the Bulk update button from the table toolbar.
The below dialog appears, here you can customize quarantine report settings for all the selected users.
Report customization
A report has a standard layout and includes information that can be easily customized from the Quarantine Settings page.
