Overview
The dashboard is the main page of LibraCyber ESG and gives an overview of the status of the appliance. All the data shown here are automatically refreshed.
The widgets displayed depends on the logged user type, for example a user has a different view from the appliance administrator.
Email Flow Monitoring
This dashboard section allows you to keep the appliance traffic monitored.
Analyzed Messages: The amount of analyzed messages by the appliance in the last 24 hours. The percentage displayed shows how much the traffic incremented or decrement in the previous 24 hours.
Queues: The amount of messages the appliance is analyzing and the amount of messages the appliance is delivering.
Email Flow: A chart that shows how many messages have been managed by the appliance in the selected time span (default 24 hours).
Each type of message is identified by a color. It’s possible to hide/show messages by type in the chart by clicking on the message category on the bottom of the chart.
Status
This dashboard section allows you to keep the appliance version and services status monitored.
Message Scanning: Alerts you if any message scanning problem occurs and shows you how many scanning processes are running on the appliance.
Antivirus Engine: Alerts you if any antivirus problem occurs and shows you what antimalware engines are running on the appliance.
QuickSand: Shows you the QuickSand service status.
URLSand: Shows you the ULRSand service status.
AI Classifier: Shows you the AI engine service status.
Totals
This dashboard section shows how many messages are rejected or processed by the appliance in the selected time span. It shows you how the size of the traffic processed by the appliance in the selected time span.
Cluster Status
This dashboard section allows you to keep the cluster status monitored. Are also displayed how many messages are rejected or processed by each cluster node.

Note: the node having the flag icon is the cluster primary node.
AI Classification
This dashboard shows you message categorisation based on AI engine.
You can click on each bar to expand subcategories of categorisation, then a search on the specific one is provided.
Message Distribution
This dashboard section allows you to have an overview of the messages scan results distribution on the appliance in the selected time span.
Threat Map
The threat map allows you know what are the most threatening countries.
Note: This statistic is performed on the last 7 days email traffic.
You can filter threats by type by clicking on the threat type name below the map.
You can also zoom in or zoom out in order to better understand where the threats are coming from.
Top Sender and Top Recipients
This dashboard section allows you to monitor what email addresses send or receive most emails on the appliance in the selected time span.
Last 100 Messages
This dashboard section allows you to monitor the latest messages landed on the appliance.
It also shows you if the message is ingoing or outgoing.
This section is automatically refreshed, but you can force the refresh by clicking on the Refresh button in the top right corner of the widget.
For each message you can perform the release action by clicking on the double arrow yellow button at the end of each line.
You can also view the message details by clicking on the green eye button at the end of each line.
Date: The date and time when the message is landed on the appliance.
Sender: The email sender address.
Recipients: The email recipient(s) address.
Subject: The email subject.
Result: The appliance scan result badge as described here.
Delivery: Shows if the message has been delivered, bounced, deferred or quarantined.
