Generate
From this page you can generate reports based on your appliance statistics and optionally render, export and download them as PDF documents.
Reports
You can generate reports for all aspects of your installation. Below is the list of available reports.
Saved Search
In order to generate a report you have to set the report type from the Report dropdown list and the filter for the data displayed in the report from the Saved Search menu. There are a lot of default filters, but you can create a custom Saved Search filter by saving the search template from the Search section of the appliance as shown below. You can find more information about this page reading the Search page documentation.
Schedule
From this section are displayed active report schedules. Here you can also create a new schedule.
Active schedules
All active report schedules can be modified, deleted or immediately sent for testing purposes. You can delete a schedule by clicking on the red trash icon. You can edit a schedule by clicking on the green pen icon. You can immediately send the report by clicking on the gear icon.
New schedule
In order to create a report schedule these parameters need to be set:
- Type name (the report type)
- Deliver to (the report will be delivered to this email address)
- Saved search (the email of the reports will be filtered out with this filter)
- Periodicity (how often the report will be generated and sent)
- Description (optional)
