IP reputation
Each customer of a LibraCyber ESG cloud appliance is assigned a unique dedicated IP address within our private cloud address space. Before assigning the IP address we verify that it does not have any reputation or delivery issues and that it is not listed by major DNSBL/RBL services.
Responsibility
Once the IP address is assigned to the customer, the IP address and its reputation become the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any misuse of the IP address including the abuse of email account credentials. The IP address cannot be used to deliver bulk advertising emails.
Reputation preservation
To preserve the reputation of its cloud services and all other customers, LibraCyber reserves the right to stop outgoing email flow partially or completely in case of abuse or misuse of the IP address. LibraCyber will inform the customer about the incident and about the limitations that have been imposed on the outgoing email traffic. The customer is responsible for identifying and stopping the misuse. The customer is also responsible for requesting and obtaining the delisting from the public reputation sources and from the major DNSBL/RBL services for the limitations to be removed.
DDoS Protection
Using LibraCyber cloud services, we provide an additional security layer in order to avoid DDoS attacks.
