The Smart Banners Dashboard provides administrators with an overview, at the company level, of Smart Banners activity: how many mailboxes are monitored, how many emails have been processed, and how many have had a warning banner added, within the selected time frame. It is accessible from the Smart Banners › Dashboard menu.
The Dashboard is a read-only section: it collects Smart Banners activity data, while mailbox configuration and activation take place in the Setup and Users (Engage) sections.
NOTE: after activating a new mailbox, its activity takes some time before appearing on the Dashboard. If Smart Banners is not yet active for the company, a screen to request contact will be shown instead of the dashboard.
Main Metrics
At the top of the page, four cards summarize the overall activity.
| Mailboxes monitored | The number of mailboxes currently covered by Smart Banners, meaning activated (engaged) and enabled. This value does not change based on the time filter: it always shows the current number of monitored mailboxes. |
| Emails processed | The number of incoming emails processed by Smart Banners within the selected interval. This also includes emails processed during initialization and historical analysis phases, not just current traffic: immediately after setup, the value may therefore seem higher than expected. |
| Banners added | The number of emails to which a warning banner of any risk level was added within the selected interval. |
| Percentage of banners added | The percentage of emails with banners out of the total emails processed within the selected interval. Displays "-" when no emails have been processed in the interval yet. |
Time Filter
The Timeframe selector sets the reference interval for the page. Available options are: 7 Days (default), 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 1 Year. In some accounts, the Max option is also available, covering all available history.
The filter simultaneously updates the Emails processed, Banners added, and Percentage of banners added cards and the two charts. The Mailboxes monitored card is an exception, always showing the current value regardless of the chosen interval.
The Charts
Below the cards, two charts show the day-by-day trend within the selected interval.
- Emails processed — area chart with a point for each day: hovering over a point shows the exact count for that day.
- Banners added — bar chart with a bar for each day, divided into the three banner risk levels: Informative (gray), Suspicious (yellow), and Very suspicious (red). Hovering over a bar shows the breakdown by level for that day.
