Users
The users section provides a list of all users/mailboxes eligible to Smart Banners, with ability to activate/deactivate service. This is complementary to auto-engage which might be enabled in Smart Banners Setup Checklist - Engage company
Banners Users Statuses
Banners can be activated/deactivated manually for each user using the toggle from the Engaged column.
Users with status Engaged will get their emails processed by Smart Banners.
Users with status Disengaged will never receive banners on emails they receive.
This status applies to users who were never engaged and users who were manually disengaged. It is not possible to distinguish this in the console (available in backend only).
Users who could not be activated due to technical reasons will get status Disabled
Contact support team if issue persists.
Activate Smart Banners for all displayed users
Button Activate Smart Banners for all displayed users will engage all users currently displayed in the list. (excluding already engaged users and results from other pages).
Deactivate Banners for all users
Deactivate Banners button will disengage all users from banners and send a message to support team.
Search, filter, download
Icons at the top of the users table allow admins to search, filter and download the list of users.
Search: Search is available on all fields: first name, last name, email, language, departments, status (engaged | disengaged).
Smart Banners users - CSV download
Smart Banners users table can be downloaded as CSV. It contains all users including paginated results.
CSV fields: first name, last name, email, language, departments, status (engaged | disengaged)
