LibraCyber ESG Threat Remediation features fully support G Suite. This guide will cover the steps needed to grant your LibraCyber ESG permissions on your G Suite Gmail Service. No changes are made to the G Suite Gmail service itself by LibraCyber ESG.
Configure G Suite connector
First thing is to configure the G Suite Connector according to this guide: G Suite Configuration
Configure Threat Remediation Connector
Now select Admin Area > Authentication > Threat Remediation Connector
- Click [+] New
- Select your G Suite domain from the dropdown Domain list
- Give a friendly description to the connector
- Select G Suite as Mail Server version
- Select the connector you created above from the dropdown list
- Specify the preferred Delete Mode
- Hard Delete – Recalled messages will be permanently deleted
- Move to Recycle Bin – Recalled messages will be moved to the user recycle bin
NOTE: Soft Delete mode is not supported by G Suite Gmail API.
- Click Save
- Test your Connector by clicking the > icon next to the entry.
