This search is the simplest and quickest way to dive into your archive.
Full-text search
This full-text search works by searching into all elements of your archived email, including but not limited to Subject, From Address and To Address.
You can also configure a few additional filters:
- date range: defines a date range to limit the search; you can configure Date from, Date to or both
- size: greater than or less than a certain value (bytes, KB or MB)
- has attachments: search only emails with an attachment
These search parameters can be used used independently or in combination.
Wildcard
The ´*´ is a wildcard character which can be used to perform a search of a word or an unknown string.
You can use it in a string of at minimum three characters different than ´*´. For example, by searching for ‘Enc*’ you will find all the emails containing a work beginning with ‘Enc’.
