These are a few steps you can follow when adding a new customer to the Archiver.
Create a new tenant
On the LibraCyber Email Archiver, a tenant represents an organization.
Tenants are isolated each other, so if you want to archive emails of different organization you should configure multiple tenants.
You can add a new tenant from the page Settings > Authentication > Tenants.
You can find all the details about tenants at this page.
Creating the volumes
Volumes are required to store emails.
When creating a new tenant, at least one volume of data type is required. We suggest to create a folder structure volume too, in order to store the information about the position of each email in the user folder structure.
You can learn more about volume at this page.
Directory services
You can configure some directory service to import users list:
- SSO/SAML configuration
- LDAP configuration
- Microsoft 365 configuration
- Google Workspace configuration
You can decide whether to use a directory service to allow users to log in on the Archiver or not by simply checking the Use for authentication flag when configuring the directory service.
Configuring mail sources
Other configurations
These is a brief list of some other configurations you may want to have a look:

- Log volumes: save production logs on remote or local volumes
- Local users: create authentication credentials to log the Archiver in
- Roles: create custom roles (set of capabilities) to assign to the users
- White label: customize organization name, colors and logos
