LibraCyber Email Archiver has been enhanced to support full-text indexing of attachment content, extending search capabilities far beyond email bodies and filenames.
Key highlights:
- broad file format coverage: PDFs, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TXT files, CSV files, XML files and HTML files
- tenant level configuration: allows attachment indexing to be enabled or customized per tenant
From this page you can select which tenants will be the attachment indexing enabled for:
You can click on "Edit attachment indexing settings", and tick the checkbox of the tenant you want to enable the attachment indexing for.
Once the tenants are selected, click "Save" to confirm the selection. After the operation is completed the Email Archiver will start indexing all the attachments stored already and future ones. By default now, the results of a search performed by a user will include results of the matching content from emails. It will be possible to choose to match the content in the attachment only.
