The LibraCyber Email Archiver provides information about the status of the indexing engine. The available information are:
- engine version: make sure to run the latest version in order to achieve the best performance
- index chunks: the number of chunks in which the indexing engine is splitted
- last index optimization: the timestamp when the last optimization started

For each tenant, the number of deleted email is shown. To understand how email deletion works on the Archiver please visit this page. If you have many deleted emails belonging to a tenant, you can immediately purge them in order to decrease the index size and to increase the overall performance of the appliance.
