With LibraCyber Email Archiver you can configure local users. These users can be useful when for administrator accounts or if you want to configure users with the capability to impersonate other archived users and view their emails. By default, the admin user (with "admin" as a password) is created.
Configuration
When creating a local users you have to provide username, password and role.
Role
The role of a local users defines what the user can do on the Archiver. By clicking on the magnifying glass you can see the details about the available roles and the configured capabilities.

Email aliases and delegated users
A list of emails aliases can be defined. The Archiver will use these email addresses to filter which emails the user can view. The first email alias is considered the primary email address of the local user. You can configure delegated users in order to allow the local user to impersonate the delegated users mailboxes and view their emails
