LibraCyber ESG Threat Remediation features fully support the Microsoft Exchange server. This guide will cover the steps needed to grant your LibraCyber ESG permissions on your Exchange. No changes are made to the Exchange server itself by LibraCyber ESG.
Configure LDAP
All information about users and mailboxes is stored in Active Directory. LibraCyber Email Security Gateway uses LDAP to retrieve users, mailboxes, and groups. Having a correctly working LDAP Set is a prerequisite to the Threat Remediation feature.
