The Dashboard of Cyber Awareness (in the app: e-Learning Analytics) provides administrators with a read-only overview of training progress across the entire company: completion, scores, and individual employee progress for both content types (Cyber Awareness and Cyber Series). Access it from Video Training › Dashboard in the left menu.
What it's for
- Get a quick, comprehensive view of training adoption — completion and average score by content type — without opening individual courses.
- Verify that a newly released Learning Path is actually being started and completed.
- Drill down into a single Learning Path to see which employees are on track and which are behind, and export the data as a report for audit purposes.
It does not assign content (that's handled by Learning Paths) or schedule releases (that's handled by Release Calendar). Employees do not see this Dashboard; they only have access to their own My Courses page.
Before you start
- Cyber Awareness is active for your company, with at least one content type included (Cyber Awareness and/or Cyber Series). The Dashboard displays a section only for content that has actually been purchased.
- You need Video Training administrator permissions, the same permission that grants access to the Learning Paths and Setup pages.
- For the numbers to be non-zero, you need at least one Learning Path assigned and released, plus some minimum employee activity; without data, cards, charts, and tables show an empty state.
Dashboard layout
The page, titled e-Learning Analytics, is divided into three sections: a row of summary cards, two matching sections (one for Cyber Awareness and one for Cyber Series), and a shared Users Progress table. Nothing is editable; the page simply reads and displays data.
Note: in the app, the Cyber Awareness flow is labeled Video Training; it's the same content.
The four summary cards
| Card | Content |
|---|---|
| Total Learners | Total number of employees involved in both content types. |
| Completion – Video Training | Percentage of assigned Cyber Awareness modules that employees have completed. |
| Completion – Cyber Series | Percentage of assigned Cyber Series episodes that have been completed. |
| Average Score – Video Training | Average score on Cyber Awareness module quizzes. |
The two content-type sections
- In the Video Training section (the Cyber Awareness flow): the Learning Progress Over Time chart (started and completed by period) and the Module Performance table. Expanding a path row shows its individual modules with Users, Completion, and Avg Score.
- In the Cyber Series section: the Watch Progress Over Time chart and the Content Performance table, with the same columns for each episode or path.
The progress charts do not have a date range selector; they show a fixed recent window, not a user-selected period.
Users Progress
The Users Progress table shows completion and score for each employee and each course, relative to the selected Learning Path. Select a Learning Path, optionally search for an employee by name or email in the search field, and scroll through results (10, 25, or 50 rows per page).
Reports
If reports are enabled for your company, the Reports button opens a panel where you can generate and download a report. Reports are produced in the background, and larger exports arrive via email. Report availability is activated from Setup › Preferences.
Page controls
| Control | Effect |
|---|---|
| Reports | Opens the panel to generate and download a report (visible only if reports are enabled). |
| Learning Path selector (Users Progress) | Chooses which path's employee progress to display. |
| Employee search (Users Progress) | Filters the list by name or email. |
| Rows per page (Users Progress) | Scrolls through the employee list (10 / 25 / 50). |
| Expand / collapse a row (performance tables) | Shows the modules or episodes contained in a path. |
Data and privacy
The summary cards, charts, and performance tables display aggregated data at the company level. The Users Progress table and report exports are per individual employee: they show name, email, preferred language, and in some reports, personnel identifiers used for compliance audits. The Dashboard does not introduce new external providers; it reads training data already present on the platform.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| A section is empty or shows 0% | No activity yet for that content, or the content is not included in your plan | Verify that Learning Paths are assigned and released, and that the content is included in your plan |
| A chart or table shows "No data available for now" | No employee has started or completed content in the displayed window | Check that a release has occurred and that employees have been notified |
| The Reports button does not appear | Reports are not enabled for your company | Request report enablement in Setup › Preferences |
| "Average Score – Video Training" shows 0% | No Cyber Awareness quiz has been completed yet | Verify that employees have completed modules that include a quiz |
