LibraCyber ESG offers Cofense Triage native integration. This feature allows to automatically synchronize the Cofense false negatives to your ESG appliance. In the table are displayed all the configured connectors. You can filter out results by performing a Search. To create a new connector you have to click on the New button from the table toolbar. You must have the Triage hostname, the Client ID and the Client Secret. You can check the connector configuration by clicking on the Test button.

Cofense Triage

Cofense Triage offers API Management to permit integration with third-party services. With an Operator account with Superuser permission, open the Administration --> API Management page, and the select Version 2 --> Applications in the horizontal menu. Click on the New Application and provide a Name. LibraCyber integration requires Read-Only as Triage Role. After Submit, you will be shown a popup with the Client ID and the Client Secret, which you must enter in the connector configuration on LibraCyber ESG. Warning: be advised that you won’t be able to retrieve the Client Secret at a later stage.
