As part of Email Security, LibraCyber UrlSand actively blocks malicious email URIs to protect against spear-phishing attacks, zero-day exploits and ransomware. Every URI, not only uncategorized ones, in every email, is protected. On every device. Extend link protection when they are accessed, not only when the email arrives. Our URLSand sandbox is not just a time-of-click additional blacklist check, it’s a comprehensive page scan, detecting deeply nested malware and suspicious pages looking at obfuscated content and following all redirects.
Configuration
In this tab you can enable or disable the URLSand defense module. We extremely suggest you to keep it enabled. There are some customization you can perform on this module behavior:
- Automatically create URLSand links in HTML text (overwrite HTML links too)
- Do not allow users to skip URI Sandbox checks (users can skip the URLSand checks when they open a link)
- Show preview for suspicious pages (when a link is suspicious, show a preview of it, without opening it)
Exceptions
In the second tab there is a table where are displayed all the sites for which the URLSand rewriting is disabled. You can filter out the results by performing a Search and Export them in common formats such as PDF and CSV. In order to delete one or more entries you can select them and click the Delete button from the toolbar. To create an entry you have to click the New button from the toolbar, and type the domain, IP address or wildcard domain you want to exclude from the URLSand rewriting. You can also perform a Text Import to restore CSV formatted previously backed up data.
