The contents of the dashboard depend on the role of the user. The system administrator is the role that can see the most:
Customizing the dashboard
The user can customize the contents of the dashboard. Both the items to be displayed and their position can be defined by the user.
The layout of the dashboard is stored in the browser, so you can have different layouts on different browsers or computers.
In order to customize the dashboard click on the “settings” icon on the right.
To change the position of the widgets enable the “Drag and drop” toggle and then just drag and drop them in the desired place.

System statistics
This widget displays the current machine status: the amount of RAM used, the amount of SWAP used and the load average.
If the SWAP gets close to 50% it means that you probably need to consider a RAM upgrade.
Disk statistics
The current usage of all the disks available to the archiver is displayed here.
Archived emails
This is the total number of email that has been archived.
Listeners
It is the number of SMTP listeners currently configured. SMTP listeners are used to archive email through the “email journaling” facilities of the mailservers.
Email queue
Displays the number of emails that are currently queued waiting to be archived. Those emails will be analyzed, indexed and stored in the appropriate volumes, then they will be removed from the queue. The bigger the email queue the bigger the backlog for the archiver. If the email queue is consistently high you may have some performance issues on your storage or your hypervisor.
Users
This is the total number of local users configured on the archiver.
Tenants
It is the total number of tenants currently configured on this email archiver. Each tenant has it’s own listeners, volumes, users, etc.
Volumes
This is the total number of volumes currently configured on the archiver.
Notifications
This widget eventually contains notifications to the administrator like alerts about storage space, performance, failed jobs, etc.
