Introduction
ESG Mobile App is available for Apple IOS and Android. ESG APP is dedicated only to user-type users, no admin is allowed to log in. This article will follow the configuration steps needed to correctly integrate the Mobile App with ESG.
Enable APIs in ESG
- Login in your ESG
- Go in Admin Area -> Authentication -> Web Portal -> API Service
- Enable the API Service
Mobile APP and Outlook Add-in require API access enabled. If you miss this step, the connection won't work!
ESG APP Downloads
ESG personal is developed for both Apple IOS Devices and Google Android ones. You can download Apple App from the App Store, searching for ESG:

Configuration
Once installed, ESG will ask for some parameters:
| ESG URL | Enter you ESG hostname (FQDN or IP Address) |
| Email Address | Your email address |
| Password | Your password, the one used to login to ESG Web Interface |
Verifying Connection
Once you have completed the configuration form, press Login. In case of any error please review the configuration steps.
NOTE:
In case of connection problems, verify your domain has Web Access granted to ESG Web Portal. Try to log in via the web portal first!
