SMTP Configuration

In the second tab you can configure the SMTP configuration. This is mandatory to allow the Archiver to send email notification, email alerts, forwarding emails, … Required parameters are hostname, port, encryption (SSL or TLS) and the From email address to use for sending emails. You can configure Anonymous authentication or insert some credentials.

Once you’ve completed the configuration you can also check if it works by clicking on the Check configuration button. You will be prompted for an email address to send a test email to.
