Overview

Second Sight is an AI-powered feature that provides expert analysis of user's emails. Using advanced artificial intelligence, it thoroughly examines blocked emails and generates detailed reports to help you understand why messages were quarantined and whether they pose any security risks.

Configuration options

You can set the following options:

• Second sight is: turn Second Sight on or off for your organization or for a specific domain
• Send report to requester: choose whether or not reports go to the person who requested analysis
• Send to address: specify an email address to receive all reports (example: IT manager, Network Admin, CISO, etc... are CC'ed on every report)

How to request a Second Sight

Your request will be sent to LibraCyber's security team and an advanced AI analysis will be performed on the email.

1. Go in the "Search"
2. Search for the specific message which you want to receive a "Second Sight" report of.

   

3. Open the message detail and click on the "Second Sight" button

   

4. You'll receive the report via email (usually within 10-15 minutes).
