This wizard helps you in setting-up a new tenant.
Select menù Settings -> Authentication -> Tenants and click on Wizard as shown:
The Tenant Wizard will start.
In the first tab you will enter the following information.
| Field Name | Description | Mandatory |

| Clean percentage | When emails are deleted from the Email Archiver they are soft-deleted, which means that they are marked as deleted but not physically deleted from the volumes. Emails will be hard-deleted from each archive only when at least this percentage of emails has been soft-deleted. This setting allows to minimize bandwidth costs because deleting email from an archive involves downloading the archive, deleting and uploading it again. If you want to delete emails from archives the same day they have been deleted then set this value to 0. | Yes |
| Archives encryption | Activate if you want to store emails in an encrypted way. Note that you can not change this settings afterwards. If enabled please copy and store the encryption key in a safe place as there is no way to recover it after you leave this screen. | No |

LibraCyber Archiver provides you with three different scenarios that fit most of the mail server configurations on the market.
Simply select your mail server from the dropdown list and follow the instructions on the screen.
We have three main cases:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- IMAP compatible Mail Server
Microsoft Office 365
If you select Office 365 as your mail server, this screen will pop up:
Due to the complex tasks required by Microsoft to setup an integration, you must press skip at this stage of the wizard and then refer to the following guide: Archive emails from Office 365
Microsoft Exchange
With Microsoft Exchange the Tenant Wizard will automatically configure an SMTP Listener used for receiving journaling mail traffic from the mail server. Exchange has the ability to forward copies of all incoming, outgoing and internal mails to a third party server via the SMTP interface. A native Exchange connector that will query your Exchange Server using Microsoft EWS APIs will also be configured and linked to your tenant.
In addition an LDAP Authentication set is also created and associated to the tenant, so users can login with their Active Directory Credentials
The Wizard will present you the following screen:
Fill in all details as follows (all fields are mandatory):
| LDAP hostname | This is usually your Active Directory domain controller server name or IP |
| LDAP username | The username used to bind to Active Directory LDAP service |
| LDAP password | Enter the bind username password |
| Base DN | Enter the LDAP Base Distinguish Name (i.e. DC=domain,DC=local) |
| Exchange hostname | Your Microsoft Exchange Server name or IP Address |
| Exchange version | Select your Exchange version |
| Exchange username | Enter the username with the impersonation role |
| Exchange password | Enter the impersonation username's password here |
IMAP compatible Mail Server
Most of the mail server on the market are IMAP compatible. If no specific configuration is needed the following IMAP configuration page will pop up. This is also called IMAP Journaling. IMAP connections are primarily used for retrieving mail from a temporary journal mailbox. Typically, a temporary 'journal' mailbox is created in a mail server. The mail server is configured to forward copies of all internal, outgoing and external mails to the journal account.
Again, fill in all the blanks as follows:
| Hostname | This is usually your Mail Server hostname or IP address |
| IMAP Port | The IMAP port. For IMAPS is usually 993 for IMAP is 143 |
| Username | This is the username of the Journaling designated Mailbox |
| Password | This is the password for the above user |
| Encryption Protocol | select PLAIN for no encryption or SSL/STARTTLS for data encryption |
| Validate Certificates | If you selected an encryption connection you can then validate the certificate |
After you filled all the blanks click on Load Folders Button to verify that everything is correct.
If everything works, you will be presented with the list of folders as defined in the accessed mailbox. You can select specific folders to be imported. The import job is scheduled to run daily at night time.
Once completed, you will be presented with a review screen that recaps the configuration made during the wizard:
If you are happy with all settings click on Configure button to proceed.
When you press "next" a confirmation about the successful tenant configuration is displayed. At this point the archiver is configured to get all of the email (without any archiving rule), to store it on a volume that has been created on the first disk of the archiver and to store it forever (without any retention rule):
In this screen there are shortcuts for the configuration of archiving rules, retention rules and volumes.
