By default, all users in LibraCyber ESG can send mail. The Restricted Sender feature was designed to restrict those users who should not be able to send mail. This feature can be also used when a service is sending too much email flooding the appliance. In this critical situation you can limit the issue by restricting the sending of that emails by their sender email address.
Toolbar
From the toolbar of this page you can perform general action in the Restricted Sender table.
- New (add a new Restricted Sender as explained below)
- Search (search by Restricted Sender or Comment)
- Export (export and save the table records in common formats such as CSV and PDF document)
- Delete (delete a record from the table)
- Delete all (completely flush the table, deleting all the existing records)
Add a new restricted sender
From this dialog you can add a new Restricted Sender as email address or domain. You can also add a custom Comment to the record in order to easily search it later.
