PhishBrain allows your targets to report email as phishing when they are able to identify them.
To enable this function you'll need to install PhishBrian Outlook Add-in directly from Office Store by selecting three dots button on ribbon bar:
and click on Get add-in
From add-in dialog, type "PhishBrain" in the search field and press ENTER
Select the result
and press on Add button
After a while the add-in will be installed on your Outlook and will be ready to use
When target will receive a phishing awareness email, he will able to select it and click on "Report as phishing" button on Ribbon bar
the Outlook add-in will comunicate the submission to PhishBrain and a message will be displayed to inform that the operation has succeed
On the events of the campaign, this action will be recorded and shown as you can see below
