PhishBrain allows you to add as many domains as you like to your account, so you can phish users with email addresses at those additional domains.
To access this feature you must be assigned with Tenant Administrator privileges, otherwise the functionality is not available.
To do this click on the Domains menù in your Dashboard:
A list with all your domains is displayed along with their verification status (Verified / Pending). When a domain is verified you can use it to phish users with email addresses at this domain. To remove it simply click on the red bin icon to the right.
When a domain has a Pending Verification status, you can't use it until it's verified.
Add a New Domain
Before you add a domain, ensure that all of the following requirements are met:
- You own or control the domain.
- You are able to whitelist emails (in the spam filter and/or mail server) sent to that domain, see here
- You are able to add a TXT record to your DNS records for that domain, or you are able to have someone add that record for you.
To add a new domain simply click the New Domain button, enter the new domain name and confirm.
A box will appear containing a unique TXT record.
You must add this TXT record to your DNS records in order to verify the domain and start using it. Adding a TXT record to your domain's DNS records will allow LibraCyber to verify that you own and maintain the domain.
Once you're done with the DNS settings you can click on Force Recheck button. If you chose to verify your domain later you can leave the page and click on the blue icon your domain has next to it.
