Your Account Settings is where you can view your account's subscription information, and change personal informations.
To access you account settings page, simply click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the page.
Profile
From the profile page you can update you personal informations, such as your name and surname, and set your timezone.
The timezone setting is very important as all scheduled campaigns inherit this setting.
The profile image is taken from Gravatar service automatically, so please update it there.
License
Here you can see your subscription level, the number of seats you have available, and how many active users are currently on your account.
To make changes to your subscription details, contact your Account Manager.
Password
Here you can update your password. Remember to always choose a secure one!
Branding
Upload a company logo to your account to personalize the experience your users have upon logging in. Your logo will replace the logo on the top-left of the console after logging in.
You can also change the theme's color, to complete your user experience look and feel.
Two factor authentication (2FA)
You can activate 2FA using OTP
You can generate your OTP code scanning the QR code on mobile device or computer using a password manager or mobile authenticator (ex. Google Authenticator or FreeOTP).
Once the OTP code has been generated, enter it into the following field to confirm the 2FA activation.
From your next login you will be prompted to enter your one-time generated password.
