PhishBrain – Exercises

From this page you can create your exercises and select the questions that will be asked to your targets. 

To create your first exercise you need to click on the "New Exercise" button on the top right corner.

The first step will consist in:

1. Entering the name of the exercise, something that tells you the scope of those questions (example: "Phone View", "Payment Requests", "Package Deliveries", etc...)
2. (Optional) Brief description of the exercise
3. (Optional) Language of the exercise, in case for example of a company with more branches in the world with different languages requirements on the training.

Click "Save" to create the exercise and proceed to the choice of the questions.

As soon as the exercise has been created the second step will consist in:

1. Choose all the questions that need to be included in the exercise. There's no minimum or maximum for each exercise.
   • Each question has different specifications:
     • Title = Title of the question (NOT shown to the user)
     • Intro = Main description of the question
     • Content = Preview of the interface the user will see when answering to the question
     • Medium = The mechanism which will deliver the question (email, SMS/text msg)
     • Language = Language of the question
2. (Optional) You can filter the questions by language
3. (Optional) You can search the questions via the search bar
4. Select by checking the checkbox in the left side of each question

Once all the questions are selected, you are ready to launch an exercise campaign.
