Highlights
This release focuses on reporting accuracy, phishing reliability and localization.
Training progress updates that failed to reach the reporting service are now retried automatically, so reports, rankings and certificates stay aligned with the actual training data. The student Progress page loads in a fraction of the time for large companies, and report exports in the Download Area are again visible to the supervisors who generate them and limited to their own organizational perimeter.
On the phishing side, suspended users are removed from the targets as expected, company default landing pages can no longer be overwritten by mistake, campaign activation works again with landing pages containing emoji, and intermediate landing pages open correctly from test emails. Smishing campaigns can now use a distinct sender number for each campaign.
Language handling improves across the platform: the password reset email is sent in 15 additional languages, plural forms are correct in Czech, Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian and Arabic, chart month labels follow the user's language and the new interface strings are translated everywhere. The default course cards now carry the LibraCyber logo, and the external API exposes the learning path of each completed activity.
New features
- Learning path in the external API — The completed-user-activities external API now returns two additional fields per row, Learning_Path_Id and Learning_Path, so integrators can tell apart completions of the same content delivered through different learning paths. Existing fields, filters and behaviour are unchanged.
- Dedicated sender numbers for smishing — Set up a pool of 12 dedicated virtual mobile numbers for smishing campaigns, so each campaign can use a distinct sender number and recipients no longer see new simulations grouped with previous ones in their SMS client.
Improvements
- Reporting data realignment — Training progress updates that failed to reach the reporting service are now retried automatically, so reports, rankings and certificates realign with the actual training data within minutes instead of staying out of date.
- Faster student Progress page — The Cyber Score history now loads in under a second for large companies, where it previously took up to two minutes.
- Scoped report exports — The Attempts user modules report export now respects the caller's organizational perimeter: scoped supervisors export only the users they are entitled to see, and export filters applied in the panel are reflected in the exported file. An export matching no users now returns an explicit "nothing to export" message instead of an empty file.
- Password reset email in 15 more languages — The password reset email is now sent in 15 additional languages (including Arabic, Chinese, Romanian, Hungarian, Portuguese and Polish).
- LibraCyber course cards — Updated the default course cards (Awareness, Channel, Pills, NIS2, NIS2 PA and DORA) to show the LibraCyber logo in place of the Cyber Guru logo. Custom card images uploaded by customers are not affected.
Resolved bugs
- Fixed a bug for which the asynchronous user attempts report did not appear in the Download Area of the supervisor or team leader who had generated it.
- Fixed an issue where suspended/deactivated users could remain active phishing targets when their phishing license was set to inactive.
- Fixed landing page update validation issues and prevented landing page creation from unintentionally overwriting companies' default landing pages.
- Fixed a bug for which phishing campaign activation could fail when the landing page contained emoji or other special characters.
- Fixed a bug for which the "Accedi" button of intermediate phishing landing pages did not work when the page was opened from a test email.
- Fixed a bug for which importing phishing templates that reference blocked external CDNs showed an unreadable error message instead of explaining why the import was refused.
- Fixed a bug for which SCORM courses launched through the course player received an invalid company identifier instead of the company subdomain.
- Fixed a bug for which module cover images just under 1 MB passed the browser check but were then rejected on upload with an unclear error. The size limit is now consistent end to end.
- Fixed plural forms in Czech, Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian and Arabic: counts such as "3 users" now use the grammatically correct form in every message of the interface.
- Fixed a bug for which month labels in the Cyber Score and participation charts were always displayed in English regardless of the user's language.
Other changes
- Translations — Translated the new interface strings (privacy and cookie policy links, external CDN warnings, certificate filters and account validation errors) into all supported languages, corrected the Finnish term for training certificates and aligned the Italian wording of the "board training type" fields.
