Tenants
The Tenant page shows a list of tenants in your LetsDMARC portal. It also allows you to create a tenant or tenants and create users for specific tenants.
Creating a Tenant
To create a tenant, click on + New Tenant
On create a tenant screen, enter the information for the new tenant.
- Tenant Name: Enter a name for your tenant
- Number of Domains: Enter the number of the domain you want in this tenant. The maximum is your parent license domains.
- Number of Users: Enter the number of users for the tenant. The maximum is your parent license users
- Volume of emails: Enter the volume of emails sent. The maximum is your parent’s license emails
- Days of DMARC History: Enter the days of DMARC reports history for your tenant. Maximum is your parent’s license days
- Features: You can enable/disable additional features enabled on your parent license
- Click Save to save the tenant
Next, create a user or users for the tenant.
- Click on + New User
- Username: Enter a username for the user you creating
- Email: Enter the email address of the user
- Customer: Select a Tenant that you want to create the user for
- Name: Enter the user’s firstname
- Surname: Enter a lastname for the user
- Roles: Currently, there is only one role which is Administrator. Check the administrator role
- Password: Enter a password for the user and confirm it
- Click Save once you enter all the information
