The My Progress page is your personal space: here you track the results of your security training. You'll find your success percentage, the stars you've earned, your level, your company ranking, and the history of lessons and phishing simulations you've completed. From the same place you can also start a lesson yourself, without waiting for it to be assigned to you.
To open it, select My Progress from the side menu.
NOTE: images for this guide will be coming soon. In the meantime, the text describes everything you see on the page.

| What you need | An account with access to My Progress. To start a lesson on your own, you also need an account on the chatbot on one of the channels (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, or Webchat). |
| Availability | Companies with Cyber Chat (Alex) active. |
What you find on the My Progress page
When you open the page, you see a summary of all your results:
- Your stats (at the top) — your Success rate (success percentage), total Stars, how many phishing emails you've Received and Reported, and your Level, with how many stars you need to reach the next level.
- Leaderboard — your position compared to your colleagues, based on stars. You can change the period using the selector: Quarter, Year, or All times.
- Badges — the achievements you've earned.
- Activity (the history) — a list of your activities: for each one you'll find the date, the lesson or simulation title, its status (for example Course completed or Reported), and the stars earned. At the top of the list, a legend explains how stars are awarded for each type of training.
- My language — the language in which you receive and view your lessons (see below).
To reopen a lesson you've already completed, click VIEW on its row in the history.
NOTE: this page brings together the results of all your training in one place. The stars, level, ranking, and history combine Cyber Awareness lessons (Alex) with Phishing Simulation, Video Awareness, and Cyber Series. So not all the numbers you see relate only to Alex lessons.
Stars: how you earn them
For Cyber Awareness lessons (Alex lessons) you earn stars like this:
| What you do | Stars |
|---|---|
| Complete the lesson but don't pass the quiz (score below 75%) | ⭐ (1 star) |
| Complete the lesson and pass the quiz (75% or higher) | ⭐⭐ (2 stars) |
The same page also shows stars for other types of training (Phishing Simulation, Video Awareness, Cyber Series): the legend at the top of the Activity history explains the rule for each one.
Start a lesson on your own
You don't have to wait for a lesson to be assigned to you: you can start it yourself from the lessons catalog.
- From the side menu, open Cyber Awareness and select Lessons. The catalog opens in read-only mode: you see only lessons published in your language and you won't find edit or assignment commands.
- Find the lesson you want to take.
- Click Start course on its card. The lesson is sent to your channel; if your channel is Webchat, the app opens the chat directly. If you already have a lesson in progress, the button shows Resume course.
- Complete the lesson and its quiz in the chat. The result and any stars will then appear on your My Progress page.
NOTE: if the button is grayed out and shows Coming soon, that lesson isn't available to you yet: your administrator controls the pace at which lessons are offered to you. Hover over the button to read the message.
Your lessons language
With My language on the My Progress page, you choose the language in which you receive and view your lessons. Your choice applies to future lessons.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I see the stars I've earned?
On the My Progress page: in the Your stats card and in the Activity history.
How many stars is a lesson worth?
One star if you complete the lesson without passing the quiz, two stars if you pass it (75% or higher).
Can I start a lesson on my own instead of waiting?
Yes: open the Lessons catalog and click Start course on the lesson you want to take.
Can I choose or disable my lessons?
No: your administrator assigns lessons and sets the pace. You can only start a lesson early if it's already available to you.
Why can't I start a lesson (the button says "Coming soon")?
Because that lesson hasn't been made available to you yet according to the pace set by your administrator, or because your chatbot account isn't configured yet.
What language will my lessons be in?
The language set in My language on this page.
Can I download the leaderboard?
No: leaderboard export is reserved for administrators.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The Start course button is grayed out and says "Coming soon" | Your administrator controls the delivery pace and this lesson isn't available to you yet | Wait for the scheduled delivery, or ask your administrator to send it to you |
| Start course does nothing / an error appears | Your chatbot account isn't configured on any channel (Teams / Slack / Google Chat / Webchat) | Check with your administrator that you're configured on a channel |
| Stars or level don't change after a lesson | The result is recorded only after you complete the lesson and its quiz | Reopen My Progress after completing the lesson. Remember: lesson not passed = 1 star, passed = 2 stars |
| I can't download the leaderboard | Leaderboard export is reserved for administrators | Ask an administrator to export it |
