LibraCyber Archiver provides an easy way to share PEC mailboxes visibility across multiple Microsoft 365 users.
Enable Microsoft 365 Mailbox delegation
Application permissions must be granted on https://portal.azure.com/ and the Mailbox Delegation must be enabled on the LibraCyber Archiver.
To do that you can follow the Enable Mailbox delegation paragraph of this guide.
Configure local user
We suggest to associate each PEC Mailbox to an unique local user created on the LibraCyber Archiver.
- Navigate to the Settings > Authentication > Local Users section on the LibraCyber Archiver.
- Create a local user, the one will be associated to the PEC Mailbox
- Bind this local user in the connector configuration you can create following this guide.
Setup delegation
The Microsoft 365 users can be delegated to manage the PEC mailbox by following the Mailbox delegation paragraph of this guide and inserting the local user associated to the PEC mailbox.
NOTE: some minutes could be needed by Microsoft 365 in order to apply settings.
