The Google Workspace email connector gives the Archiver the possibility to synchronize and import all the emails and their associated labels from the user mailboxes. The users can browse their synchronized mailbox from the archiver web interface or mobile application.
The connector also allow the user to restore the selected messages in their gmail mailbox.
If you enable the message deletion the Archiver can also delete archived messages from the user mailboxes, you can choose for how many days you want to keep messages in the user mailbox, specifying also per-user exclusions.
The configurations requires an authentication connector already configured and working:
- Enable "Gmail API" access by clicking https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/library/gmail.googleapis.com

Go the the Archiver -> Mail Sources -> Connectors page and click the button with the plus icon to add a new one
- Choose "Google " as connector type
- Choose the correct google authentication connector and configure the connector settings. Flag folder sync and automatic mailbox sync to synchronize messages and labels.
- Validate it and click save
