LibraCyber Email Archiver allows saving searches for future use by giving it a name.
How to save a search
After you configured a search you can select the context (user or global), insert a name, and then click on the Save as a button. Please note that you have to execute the search at least once before saving it.
What a saved search can be used for
You can use saved searches to:
- execute the same search multiple times without needing to rebuild the entire search every time
- share searches with others Email Archiver users
×NOTE: when creating a Legal Hold rule, the corresponding saved search is blocked and you will not be able to do any further edits to it.
Managing saved searches
Once you have created a saved search you can:
- Share it with other users
- execute it to find the emails matching the search
- delete it (if it’s not used)
Share a saved search
You can share a saved search with other users. You can share it with single users or all users.
You can access the saved searches that are shared with you by going to the saved searches section Once you are in the saved searches, you will see all saved searches that are shared with you.
