What is Folder Structure:
Folder Structure is the way your regular mailbox is structured. During the initial setup of the email archiver, your admin will archive and sync your emails using the same email structure you have in your regular mailbox.
This is done to make it easy for you to be able to navigate through your archived emails as it will have the same structure you see in your regular mailbox.
E.g, Your Inbox folder, Sent, Draft, and Deleted folders as well as any other folder you add to your mailbox, will all be archived using the same structure on your regular mailbox.
