PEC is a typical Italian standard for electronically certified email (the Italian acronym sounds like Post Electronic Certified)
- PEC mail indicates if the signature of the email is valid (i.e. if the email is a valid PEC email) - authority indicates if the signature comes for a PEC certified provider (there exists a list of authorized certification providers)
