With LibraCyber Archiver, some or all Exchange mailboxes can be archived in a single step.
- Go to Archiver > Mail Sources > Connectors page:
- Select a tenant and click +
- Select Zimbra icon
- Enter the name of the connection
- Click on Enable checkbox
- Type the hostname of your "Client" Zimbra server
- Enter "Client" Zimbra server port
- Type the hostname of your "Administration" Zimbra server (Hostname used for EWS services)
- Enter "Administration" Zimbra server port
- Enter the username and the password of the user with the impersonation role you created in the previous step
- Choose the directory service used for listing the mailboxes
- Click on Validate
- Choose the feature you want:
- Folder synchronization: this feature allows the users to access the archiver and browse their mailbox (through the folder structure) as they were on Outlook. We suggest to turn this feature on.
- Automatic mailbox sync: this feature will sync all the mails (older than the selected date) with the archiver. This feature is useful if you don’t want to use Exchange Journaling or if Journaling stops working for some reason. In this way all the mails found in the mailbox but not in the archiver will be downloaded and archived. We suggest to turn this feature on.
- Delete imported messages from exchange: this feature allows the archiver to delete all the mails older than the selected date that are imported into the archiver.
