The Mail Queues section contains emails either waiting to be delivered or waiting to be analyzed. You can manage all the appliance queues, performing action like delete or force delivery on one or more emails in the queues.
Incoming Queue
This queue contains all messages received by LibraCyber ESG, either incoming or outgoing, that are yet to be scanned. You can perform a search or delete selected messages from the incoming queue.
Incoming On Hold
This queue contains incoming emails which are identified as unusual by LibraCyber ESG, either incoming or outgoing, and are temporarily put on hold. You can perform a search, a message deletion or immediately delivery the message.
Outgoing Queue
This queue contains all messages successfully scanned by LibraCyber ESG, either incoming or outgoing, that are about to be delivered to the next relay or mail server. You can perform a search, a message deletion or retry to deliver one or more messages.
