Assigning a Training Path to a Company

The training path assignment feature is available exclusively for certified MSPs.

Paths related to the Cyber Guru Awareness and Channel services can be assigned by going to the “Company Management > Setup” section and selecting the desired service.

Within the dedicated area, you can view the list of available paths.
By clicking the three vertical dots next to a path (e.g., Awareness L1), you'll access the "Assign path to company" option, which lets you assign the first level of the training program to the selected company.

Path Assignment Options

When assigning a path to a company, you can configure a set of functional options to define how the path will be delivered to users. Settings can be enabled individually or in combination, depending on training needs.

• Release all activities: This option allows you to immediately release all content in the path to the company. This action does not trigger any student caring events (such as email notifications) to users, even if enabled, and should be used with caution after consulting Cyber Guru about the availability of all content, which will be released instantly, in the languages enabled for the company.
• Certificates: When this option is enabled, users will receive a certificate of participation upon completing the path. The certificate will become downloadable directly from the platform once the training path is completed.

• Prerequisite: This setting establishes a rule of mandatory sequence between the content in the path: users must complete each module in the required order to proceed.

  • 📌 Note: You can release all activities in the path at the same time, while keeping the internal prerequisites: content will be visible but locked until the previous module is completed.

• Is there a preliminary path?: 

  If the “Is there a preliminary path?” option is enabled, you can set another path (already active and assigned to the company) as mandatory to complete first before accessing the current path.

  This feature is especially useful in two scenarios:

  • For users added later to an already active company, who need to complete introductory content first.

  • To manage the transition between different training years (e.g., from the first to the second year of Awareness), ensuring that users finish the first year before accessing the second.

  When two paths are active on the same company and no prerequisite logic has been set between them, the platform will release content from both at the same time.
  In this case, with each scheduled release, one piece of content from each active path will be distributed, regardless of their educational or chronological relationship.

  On the other hand, if a prerequisite relationship is defined between the two paths (e.g., the first year as a prerequisite for the second), the platform will follow a specific order:
  first, all content from the preliminary path will be released, and only after the full release will the content from the second path begin.

• Sync with existing users: This option allows you to apply the path to users already present on the platform and who have a license. You can apply the sync:

  • To all users

  • Or filtered by Organization value

   If no Organization is specified, the path will be assigned to all users in the company.

Once the path has been successfully assigned to the company, it will appear with a green checkmark next to its name, confirming activation.

If you encounter any errors or issues during assignment, it is recommended to contact Cyber Guru support for assistance.

Once a path has been assigned to a company, its settings can no longer be changed.

The only action allowed is removing the path.

Choosing Paths Based on Year

The path selection depends on the year to be activated and the customer's situation:

• New customer (no previous years):
  Assign the AWARENESS L1 path.
  In the following years, you can assign:

  • AWARENESS L2 (second year)

  • AWARENESS L3 (third year)

• Customer with one year of Awareness already completed (e.g., former Cyber School):
  Assign the AWARENESS L2-2 path.
  In the third year, continue with AWARENESS L3-2

• Customer with two years of Awareness completed:
  Assign the AWARENESS L3-3 path.

Paths for the Cyber Guru Channel service

For this service, paths should be assigned in seasonal order, with no special distinctions:

• Channel Season 1

• Channel Season 2

• Channel Season 3

• Channel Season 4

Paths for customers with three years of Awareness completed (e.g., Cyber School: Cyber School 1, Cyber School 2, Cyber School 3)

• Fourth year: Cyber Campus I

• Fifth year: Cyber Campus II

Paths for customers who have completed even just one year of Awareness in the new version (Awareness I, Awareness L2-2, Awareness L3-3)

Fourth year: Cyber Campus I

Fifth year: Cyber Campus II-2
