Assigning training paths is reserved for certified MSPs. To assign a path, go to Company Management > Setup, select the desired service (Awareness or Channel), and from the three-dot menu next to the chosen path, select "Associate path to company".

Path Association Options

When associating a path to a company, you can configure the following options, either individually or in combination:

Release all activities: immediately releases all content in the path. This action does not trigger student caring events (such as sending emails, even if enabled) and should be performed with caution, after checking with Cyber Guru that the content is available in the languages enabled for the company.
Certificates: upon completion of the path, users will receive a certificate that can be downloaded directly from the platform.
Prerequisite: sets a rule of mandatory sequence between the contents of the path: users must complete each module in the specified order to proceed.
- You can release all activities in the path at the same time, while maintaining internal prerequisites: the content will be visible, but locked until the previous module is completed.
Is there a preliminary path?:

If you enable the “Is there a preliminary path?” option, you can set another path (already active and associated with the company) as mandatory to complete first before accessing the current path.

This feature is especially useful in two scenarios:
- For users added later to an already active company, who need to complete introductory content first.
- To manage the transition between different training years (e.g., from the first to the second year of Awareness), ensuring that users finish the first year before accessing the second.
When two paths are active on the same company and no preliminary logic has been set between them, the platform will release content from both at the same time.
In this case, with each scheduled release, one piece of content from each active path will be distributed, regardless of their educational or chronological relationship.

On the other hand, if a preliminary relationship is defined between the two paths (e.g., the first year as a prerequisite for the second), the platform will follow a specific order:
first, all content from the preliminary path will be released, and only after the full release will the content from the second path begin.
Sync with existing users: This option allows you to apply the path to users already present on the platform who have a license. You can apply the sync:
- To all users
- Or filtered by Organization value
If no Organization is specified, the path will be associated with all users in the company.

Once the path has been successfully associated with the company, it will appear with a green checkmark next to its name, confirming activation.

If you encounter errors or issues during the association process, it is recommended to contact Cyber Guru support for assistance.

Once a path has been associated with a company, its settings can no longer be changed.

The only action allowed is removing the path.

Choosing Paths Based on Year

The selection of the path depends on the year to be activated and the customer's situation:

New customer (no previous years):
Associate the path AWARENESS L1.
In the following years, you can assign:
- AWARENESS L2 (second year)
- AWARENESS L3 (third year)
Customer with one year of Awareness already completed (e.g., former Cyber School):
Associate the path AWARENESS L2-2
For the third year, continue with AWARENESS L3-2
Customer with two years of Awareness completed:
Assign the path AWARENESS L3-3

Paths for the Cyber Guru Channel service

For this service, paths should be assigned in order by season, with no special distinctions:

Paths for customers with three years of Awareness completed (e.g., Cyber School: Cyber School 1, Cyber School 2, Cyber School 3)

New AI+ Introductory Pathway

The "AI+ Introductory Pathway" includes two modules:

Artificial Intelligence
Deepfake

and can be assigned in two ways:

Independently, as a standalone pathway focused exclusively on artificial intelligence and deepfake topics; Or combined with the standard "Introductory Pathway" to provide a comprehensive learning experience that merges basic introductory content with AI-focused modules.

⚠️ Warning: Before proceeding, make sure the selected modules are not already assigned to users and are not already part of another pathway. Assigning modules that have already been assigned may cause duplicates, conflicts, or inconsistencies in completion data and user progress tracking.

These pathways are available in 5 languages: IT, EN, ES, DE, FR.

NEW PATH A – New Users

Reserved for users accessing the platform for the first time. The pathway starts from scratch and introduces all AW EVOLVE pathways in sequence (A1 → A6).

PATH B – Renewal Year 1 → Year 2 (Y1>Y2 PATH B)

For users who have completed the first year of standard training and are moving from the second year to an Evolve pathway.

The pathways to assign are: AW EVOLVE B2 → B6.

PATH C – Renewal Year 2 → Year 3 (Y2>Y3 PATH C)

For users in their third year of training who have completed the first two years of standard training and are moving from the third year to an Evolve pathway.

The pathways to assign are: AW EVOLVE C3 → C6.
